Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "5jli" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to 5jli Casino and the online gaming services available at https://5jli.club.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5jli platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a player on the 5jli platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 5jli platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 5jli platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Eligibility
Access to 5jli Casino and participation in real money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

Age Policy: 5jli Casino strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by law.
Section 4
Account Registration
To participate in real money gaming at 5jli, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern account registration:
- One account per person: Each player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) account only. 5jli reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit balances therein.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and to promptly update your details if they change.
- Mobile verification: Account registration requires verification via a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registered mobile number.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5jli will never request your password via chat, email, or phone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
- KYC verification: 5jli reserves the right to request identity documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) at any time as required by PAGCOR's KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension.
Section 5
Deposits & Payments
5jli accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is โฑ20 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by account level and payment method.
- Deposits are credited to your 5jli wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on banking system conditions.
- 5jli does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
- All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. 5jli is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on deposited funds.
- 5jli reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable law.
- All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 5jli does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Section 6
Withdrawals
5jli processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods associated with your account. The following terms govern all withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are permitted only to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
- First-time withdrawal requests require completion of KYC identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to periodic re-verification.
- 5jli targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by banking system conditions beyond 5jli's control.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level. Details are displayed in the account dashboard.
- 5jli reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
- Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
Section 7
Bonuses & Promotions
5jli Casino offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new members only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
- 5jli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse โ including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotions through coordinated betting patterns, or any other strategy intended to circumvent wagering requirements โ will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
- In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, 5jli's interpretation shall be final and binding.
Section 8
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 5jli platform โ including bingo, slots, live casino, color wheel, and Limbo โ operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer protocols, as applicable. The following fair play terms apply:
- Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and bet limits are displayed within each game or game lobby. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.
- 5jli does not guarantee wins or specific outcomes. All gaming results are determined by certified RNG systems or live game outcomes. Past results do not influence future results.
- In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, 5jli will apply its Game Integrity Policy to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round or crediting the bet amount to the player's account.
- Any malfunction of game software or hardware voids all pays and plays for the affected round.
Section 9
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jli platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create duplicate accounts.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under the age of 21 or are self-excluded from gaming services.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through unlawful means, or using the platform for any money laundering activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain without immediate reporting to 5jli.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 5jli staff or other players.
Section 10
Responsible Gaming
5jli Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, the following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits. The platform will issue a session time reminder at the set interval.
- Self-exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the 5jli platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be closed to all gaming activity and marketing communications.
- Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net wins/losses during a gaming session.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 5jli platform โ including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and interface design โ is the exclusive intellectual property of 5jli Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5jli platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 5jli content without prior written authorization.
Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 5jli Casino shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds, profits, or gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any claims related to the outcome of any game, where such games are operated in accordance with certified RNG protocols.
5jli's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim, or โฑ10,000, whichever is lower.
Section 13
Account Termination & Suspension
5jli Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
- In compliance with any regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request.
Upon account closure, any eligible funds (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture under applicable terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any required due diligence.
Section 14
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 5jli.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the applicable regulatory authority, and thereafter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines in the jurisdiction where 5jli is domiciled.
Section 15
Amendments to These Terms
5jli Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the 5jli platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force.
